About Nol SENG

Mr. SENG NOL is an experienced information and communication technology lecturer with a solid foundation in computer science, education, educational management, and telecommunications technology. He currently teaches ICT at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC). His career path demonstrates a long-standing commitment to teaching excellence, developing digital capability, and advancing technology-enhanced learning in Cambodia.

He holds multiple advanced academic qualifications that demonstrate both pedagogical depth and technical expertise. His educational background includes a master \'s degree in education and educational management from the Royal University of Phnom Penh; a master of education from Hiroshima University (HU) in Japan; a master of science in telecom technology from Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) in India; and a bachelor of computer science and engineering from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). He also completed pedagogical specialization in informatics, management, and leadership at the National Institute of Education (NIE), further strengthening his capacity in teaching, curriculum support, and educational leadership.

In addition to his academic roles, Mr. SENG NOL has built valuable experience in both public service and industry. His career includes service as an official at the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport; lecturer of computer science at universities; computer lecturer at the public high school level; engineer in the networking engineering department at XINWEI Cambodia Telecom; and senior engineer in operation, maintenance, and networking engineering at MFONE Company Limited. This combination of higher education teaching, institutional service, and practical engineering experience enables him to connect academic theory with real-world application in a meaningful and professional way.

His areas of professional and academic interest include ICT in education, educational technology, digital pedagogy, computer networking, computer science, STEM education, digital skills development, and innovation in teaching and learning. He has also completed a wide range of professional training in STEM education, academic writing, research gap identification, Java development, Linux system administration and security, Windows Server administration, web development, Khmer Unicode applications, and telecommunications systems. He is committed to promoting learner-centered education, critical thinking, professional ethics, and practical competence for learners in the digital era.
