Mr. MORK Ratha is an ICT Lecturer at the Department of Information Communication and Technology, Phnom Penh Teacher Education College, Cambodia.

Mr. MORK Ratha holds a strong academic foundation in the field of Information and Communication Technology, with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS).
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from SETEC Institute, Cambodia, where he developed essential knowledge in computer systems, data management, and information technology.
Building on this foundation, he completed his Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems at the College of Sciences, Norton University, Cambodia. His postgraduate studies further strengthened his expertise in systems analysis, database management, and the strategic use of information systems in organizations.
Through his academic journey, Mr. MORK Ratha has cultivated a deep understanding of how technology can be applied to solve real-world problems and support decision-making processes. His educational background reflects his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the ICT field.
