Mr. PON Samnang is an ICT Lecturer who has professional expertise in ICT education, software engineering, web and mobile application development, relational database management systems, and server and cloud administration. He used to work in Aviation Industry from 2016 to 2020. He was also a former Technical assistance to Directorate of Director General for Technical and Flight Operations at State Secretariat of Civil Aviation from 2020 to 2022. Since October 2022, he has been serving as an ICT Lecturer at PTEC.

He has also completed professional training in software development and software engineering through AUPP Technology Center and The Assam Kaziranga University in partnership with IBM Developer Skills Network. He is dedicated to excellence in ICT education, continuous professional development, and preparing students for success in a digital and AI-driven world.

Mr. Pon Samnang is also the founder and developer of the Lecturer Profile Management Application and Curriculum Management Application, the WordPress-based solution designed to help Teacher Educator Institutes organize and present lecturer profiles, course syllabuses, departmental structures, faculty leadership, and management teams in a clear and scalable way.
